I have previously worked in hospitality and food retailing so my focus is on the patient journey and customer experience. I work on reception taking bookings, answering patients queries and help with treatment planning so patients feel comfortable and know what to expect during their visits. I am also responsible for the office administration. Outside work I like to travel, socialise and follow food trends.
